Salem Arts Association invites You to celebrate the launch of our new Autumn exhibitions!

Salem Arts New Exhibitions Celebrate Departed Member Rebecca Dunn DeVries, Artoberfest Exhibit for Fall/Halloween Season, and New Work by Paul Nathan.

Salem Arts Association is hosting a reception for new exhibitions on Friday, September 9, 6-8 pm in our galleries at 159 Derby Street, Salem, MA. 

Salem Arts Association is presenting an exhibition of work by departed member artist, co-owner of Scarlet Letter Press and much loved member of the Salem community Rebecca Dunn DeVries. All proceeds from this exhibition will benefit her daughter Oona. 

Salem Arts Association is also presenting Artoberfest, an exhibit exploring Salem's history with Autumn, Halloween, Witchcraft and the Spirit of the season and a new exhibition of works by artist Paul Nathan. 

Live music at the reception will be performed by Ryan Kelleher. 

The exhibition is sponsored by Pamplemousse who will be providing refreshments for the event. Pamplemousse is a European inspired gourmet market with lots of New England charm. They strive to bring their customers the best products around including fine wines, craft beer, top shelf-liquors, gourmet food, kitchen gadgets and decor. Pamplemousse has locations at 185 Essex Street in Salem, MA, and 26 Haven Street in Everett, MA.

About Salem Arts Association: Salem Arts Association is an entirely volunteer-run nonprofit arts organization that brings art, in all its forms, to the community and brings the community, in all its diversity, to the arts in Salem, Massachusetts. Since incorporating as a non-profit corporation in 2007, Salem Arts Association has produced hundreds of exhibitions, events, and workshops for Salem’s residents and visitors. 

Salem Arts Galleries and Shop are located at 159 Derby Street adjacent to the Salem Maritime National Historic Site in Salem, MA. Regular gallery hours are 12-6 on Saturdays and Sundays.
